Then we want YOU!
We’re on a nation-wide hunt to recruit two Saints Digital Rookies to experience and blog/post/tweet/Instagram all aspects of the National Draft on the Gold Coast.
The search will give one Gold Coast based supporter and one fan from anywhere in the country the chance to join the club’s digital team and showcase their personal journey at the Draft.
During the two-day exclusive experience you will meet our recruiters, rub shoulders with Australia’s leading sports reporters, go behind-the-scenes at the National Draft and experience the excitement of one of Australian sports biggest events.
…But wait there’s more!
You will be the first Saints fans in the country to meet and chat with our No.1 draft pick (great chance to post a selfie with them!).
The following day you will do the media rounds with our draft pick when he does live crosses with morning TV and his first ever press conference and photo shoots in Saints colours.
How do you apply?
Simple! Just like a job application, we want to know who you are and why we should pick you. Send in a one-page letter detailing your experience and love of online media (including your number of followers) to: digitalrookie@saints.com.au.
When does the competition open?
The competition is open from Tuesday 28th October to midnight Sunday 2nd November.
We will contact the successful candidate in early November to give you enough time to get prepared for the experience (please note only successful candidates will be contacted).

You need to be available for a once in a lifetime opportunity on Thursday 27th November and Friday 28th November.
Note: The eligible winner that resides outside Gold Coast will have their flights and one-night of accommodation covered. The Gold Coast based winner will not be provided flights or accommodation. Both winners will be taken to dinner on Thursday November 27.
