Q: If there was one young player you could choose to sit down with and focus on one aspect of their game, who would it be and what would the aspect be?

AH: It would be Jack Lonie. We want to keep honing his ability to read the play, cues and awareness. And to keep focussing on his pressure and intensity

Q: Hi Aaron - Interested to hear your / the clubs opinion / reasoning behind playing Hickey and Longer at the same time.

AH: Because Hickey over the last three weeks has proven that he can play forward. He is certainly a work in progress as a forward/ruck. Longer has been good in the ruck for us all year.

Q: What did you think of Acres performance in the 3rd and 4th?

AH: He was OK. He looked to use his legs. He's another one we need to get games into.

Q: What went wrong do you reckon? And do we still have a chance to make the eight this season in your mind?

AH: A number of areas. I can't question the boys' desire and effort, but our execution under pressure is a priority for us to work on so that we can become a finals team. Our ball use is a heavy focus.

Q: Hi Aaron, has the club identified the issue of "over handballing" especially when "we" are under pressure running out of the back line ? It's something I've noticed regularly when I am at the ground.

AH: It is one of the many areas we are working on. That's just part of executing under pressure and being consistent at it.

Q: I need your advice! I have bought a 2015 Guernsey after retiring my #7 one. Who do I choose #44 or #40?

AH: What about 27?

Q: What do you think was the biggest find of the game?

AH: Mckenzie continues to impress. He's developing and adding different layers to his game as well.

Q: How is Tom Curren not getting a run in the ones?

AH: If Tom comes in someone has to go out. Tom is playing some good footy in the VFL and we expect him to continue to progress.

Q: How important is it to win the tackle count in games?

AH: It's important to be effective in or tackle count. In the second quarter we went at 90%.

Q: How far away are Goddard and Mccartin?

AH: If they continue to play well in the VFL they won't be far away.

Q: When are we going to see an improvement in skills? The skill level at times is deplorable.

AH: Hopefully you will see improvement in skills throughout the year. We were OK against Essendon and OK against the Dogs in the second half and OK today in the second term. It's a heavy focus.
