ST KILDA will begin its 2016 campaign against Port Adelaide at the Adelaide Oval.

The Power will host the Saints in a yet-to-be-determined timeslot on Sunday, March 27.

It will be one of three Sunday games that weekend, with no Good Friday football and Geelong and Hawthorn again going head-to-head in an Easter Monday blockbuster.

Based on this year’s fixture, it appears likely West Coast v Brisbane will be the twilight game, while the other Sunday encounter pits the Western Bulldogs against Fremantle at Etihad Stadium.

Richmond and Carlton will again kick off the home and away season on Thursday March 24.

The entire 2016 AFL fixture will be released on Thursday.
