Other notable milestones:

  • St Kilda’s 200th game at Docklands (Etihad Stadium) will be in round two. The Saints record at the venue is 111 wins, 83 losses and 5 draws.
  • Nick Riewoldt is two goals away from reaching the 650-goal milestone.
  • Nick Riewoldt is three goals away from reaching the 400-goal milestone at Etihad Stadium. No player has booted more majors at the venue than the Saints skipper.
  • Leigh Montagna is four goals away from reaching the 150-goal milestone and four Brownlow votes away from 100 career votes
  • Round 5 against GWS will be Alan Richardson’s 50th game as an AFL senior coach (49 with St Kilda, 1 with Port Adelaide)
