Respected community developer, AVJennings, has joined St Kilda as Coaches’ Partner for the remainder of 2016.

Significantly, AVJennings has also signed on as Ball Partner in 2017.

CEO, Matt Finnis, said he was delighted AVJennings had chosen to associate its iconic Australian brand with the Saints and in some ways the two organisations are in the same line of work.

“At the core of what we do at St Kilda and what AVJennings does, is build thriving communities where people belong. We are very excited to be forming this new partnership,” he said.

“I would like to thank all AVJennings staff members and say to those who are not already Saints supporters ‘welcome to the St Kilda family’ and that we look forward to a long and successful partnership.”

AVJennings National Marketing Manager, Donna Elayadi, said AVJennings was pleased to partner with St Kilda and gratified that both organisations shared similar core values.

“For more than 80 years we’ve helped build brighter futures by creating communities people want to belong to and grow with,” Ms Elayadi said.

“We know everyone has different needs and wishes for the place they live. That’s why we offer a range of ways to get the home you want. You can buy a block of land, a finished home, townhome, terrace or apartment. We can work with your builder, or help you choose one.

“We also know a home is part of a community, which is why we make sure parkland, play spaces and pathways are incorporated into every development. It’s why we locate our developments close to schools, shops and transport. It’s why AVJennings is your community developer.”
