Emerging star Jack Billings has been recognised by Alan Richardson and Rodney Eade for his brilliant performance on Sunday with a full complement of coaches votes.

The 21-year-old forward was the clear standout on the ground, finishing with a game-high 30 possessions, 12 score involvements, eight marks, seven inside 50s, three goal assists and 461 metres gained.

Gold Coast midfield recruit Jarryd Lyons received eight votes from the coaches, while Suns rebounding defender earned five votes following his impressive return from a club-imposed suspension.

St Kilda half-back Dylan Roberton was allocated three votes from Richardson and Eade after he collected 20 possessions, seven marks, six rebound 50s and 496 metres gained.

Off-season acquisition Nathan Brown received two votes after he held All-Australian key forward Tom Lynch goalless in another impressive performance by the former Collingwood premiership full back.

Despite finishing with 0.3, star midfielder Jack Steven returned to form on Sunday night, gathering 29 disposals, seven tackles, six clearances (three centre) and four inside 50s.

After 14 rounds, Richmond superstar Dustin Martin leads the coaches award on 63 votes, one vote ahead of reigning Brownlow medallist Patrick Dangerfield, with West Coast utility Elliot Yeo five votes further back in the third place.
