Through our Community Engagement arm – Junction Studio, the Saints are proud to support the excellent work Soldier On do to support veterans and their families.

The club are proud to continue this partnership and were happy to join the ‘Host a BBQ’ campaign in December.

The Saints hosted staff from Soldier On’s Melbourne office, and also welcomed a few families that seek support from the Soldier On network.

State Recruiting Manager Chris Toce was one of many staff to support the BBQ.

Not only did the BBQ provide an opportunity for St Kilda and Soldier On to reconnect before Christmas, it doubled as a great opportunity to raise additional funds for the work that Soldier On do. All funds raised will help Soldier On support service personnel through a range of health and wellbeing activities across their network.

These activities include the provision of psychological services, employment training, education services and social connectedness programs.

If you’d like to get involved with the ‘Host a BBQ’ campaign and rally behind those who served, you can register to host a BBQ at your work, in your backyard, in your community or even as an online virtual event.
