Two Saints have made Kane Cornes' AFL.com.au Team of the Week.

Jade Gresham's match-winning performance has seen him named in the forward pocket, while Seb Ross has been named on the interchange bench.

It was a scintillating finish to the match from Gresham, who ran on to a tap from ruckman Billy Longer to snap the Saints' match-winner with a minute to play.

His talent has been on display for all to see this year - he leads the Saints' for goalkicking (22) and has kicked goals in 11 of his 13 matches this year.

A six-goal haul against Richmond in Round 10 a sign of his class and influence inside 50.

Seb Ross was the leading ball-winner on the ground, picking up 33 disposals, including 13 contested possessions, as well as laying seven tackles.

He split best-on-ground honours with Jack Steven, the pair polling a game-high 9 votes each in Round 13 of the AFLCA Champion Player of the Year Award
