Player Appearances


Guidelines
St Kilda Football Club players are available for a limited number of appearances during the year. The Club will try to accomodate as many requests as possible, however please note that not every player appearance request is guaranteed to be met.

The most common settings for player appearances include schools, community service, charity or non-profit events and functions.

Procedure
All requests for player appearances must be submitted in writing at least two-four weeks prior to the event.

Each written request must include the following information:

  • The name of the event, date, time, duration of event and location (venue address).
  • The contact person, contact telephone number and email address.
  • Event description and clear role/expectation of the player at the event (ie public speaking, autograph signing etc).
  • Please list any promotion that St Kilda Football Club may receive, such as logo in a program etc.
  • Melways reference and/or approx time travel from St Kilda Football Club to the event.

Please note:
  • Player availability is January - August only.
  • Players not permitted to participate in athletic functions with risk of injury.
  • Players are unavailable on match days.
  • St Kilda Football Club will provide complimentary appearances for schools, non-profit and other community service events where players are available.
  • Appearances are generally scheduled for an hour. Extended events will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Players will wear St Kilda polo top and casual pants unless otherwise specified.
