How do I access my mobile membership?
An alternative to a physical, plastic card, this is a barcode that can be accessed on your phone and scanned to enter the ground at any Saints game at Marvel Stadium. You will be able to access it through the official Saints App. Please note: mobile memberships only apply to reserved seat holders and general admission members.
What membership types have access to the mobile membership?
Members who hold a Reserved Seat, General Admission or Flexi Membership will have access to the mobile membership for 2022. If you are unsure as to what membership category you hold currently, please contact the Saints Membership Team on 1300 467 246 or via email@example.com.

I don’t have smartphone, can I still attend games?
We would recommend contacting the Saints Membership team on 1300 467 246 to arrange print at home tickets for you, or to arrange venue collection. Please note, this service will only be available within 72 hours of a gameday.
I am a Reserved Seat Holder, what does the 2022 season look like for me?
We're pleased to announce the return of Reserved Seat holders to their seats!
As a Reserved Seat member, you will be able to access your membership through your mobile device on game day.

I am a General Admission Member, what does the 2022 season look like for me?
General Admission Members will now receive the added convenience of accessing Marvel Stadium via a mobile membership. As well as adhering to the Department of Heath guidelines, your mobile membership will allow you to access your General Admission allocation using your smartphone.
I am a Reserved Bay Member, what does the 2022 season look like for me?
The booking process for Reserved Bay members will remain the same as it was throughout the 2021 season.
While Reserved Bay members have an additional layer to securing their seat for a gameday, this product allows members the flexibility to buy guest passes and have non-members sit with them as well as the certainty of a set seat in advance that ensures that members (and their guests) don’t have to worry about showing up early to get a good seat or hunt around for available seating in crowded reserved bays across the stadium on matchday.
I have forgotten my password for my ‘My Saints Account’, am I still able to access my Mobile Membership?
If you are not sure what your password is, you can follow the below steps to reset your password:

- Enter your email address and click next.
- Click forgot password.
- Click 'Yes, Reset Password'.
- An email will be sent to you, click the 'Reset Your Password' link.
- Create your new password (please use letters and numbers only).
- Sign into your MySaints account.
