In 2022 access to all St Kilda Home games at Marvel Stadium for General Admission and Reserved Seat members will be via mobile ticketing. You will be able to access this through the Official St Kilda App and online portal on your smartphone.

Your tickets will be made available in the app 72 hours prior to each game and be available until the game ends.

Access for Reserved Bay members will be via the Ticketmaster App. Please click here for the steps involved with booking your ticket

What is the need/benefit of having digital only access to Marvel Stadium?

There are a range of benefits of going digital-only, including being able to adapt to any unforeseen fixture changes throughout the season. As well as members no longer having to wait to receive their card before they can go to a game.

With that in mind, we want to remind you that any plastic membership cards provided to members cannot be used to gain access to matches.

The App is asking me to create a brand-new account, is this required?

No, this is not required. By being a member, you will likely have an email currently associated with your membership, this will therefore provide access to your Saints Account. No, this is not required. If you have a different email linked to your Ticketmaster account than the email linked to your Membership this can cause problems with the log in process. Give the Saints Membership Team a call on 1300 467 246 if you are unsure or have any questions.

  • Broken screens can also have an impact.

Commemorative Membership Cards & Lanyards:

In 2021, multiple venues across the country including Marvel Stadium began a transition towards digital first access into stadiums. This change has rendered plastic membership cards redundant in terms of their primary and functional purpose as they are slowly replaced by access via QR codes on digital devices. A digital solution allows the club to remain agile to respond to changes arising from COVID driven protocols.

This change follows the lead of a number of plastic card solutions offered in the banking and loyalty program sector which are quickly moving towards a digital solution however there will always be options available for members who don’t have access to or are unable to access digital technologies to facilitate their matchday entry.

While the club are mindful of minimising our plastic footprint on the environment, as a membership organisation, we realise that the value of a membership card extends past its functional elements as they represent a connection with the club, a keepsake or collector’s item and a sense of identity on matchday that some members wear proudly. Through our annual member survey, we continually seek feedback on members’ desire to either continue or replace membership cards with an alternate item that would still allow members to display their member status on gameday.

Based on the above consideration, members can still select a card and/or lanyard by contacting the Membership Team on1 300 467 246 and this will be posted at no additional cost to you.

Please note, these cards will not provide access to games for the upcoming season. Access will be via a mobile first ticketing process.

For any questions you may have in relation to the above, or if you wish to make your selection, please contact our Membership Team on 1300 467 246 or via membership@saints.com.au.
