Maddie Riewoldt’s Vision

When Maddie Riewoldt knew her five-year battle with bone marrow failure was ending, she asked her family to make sure her suffering would make a difference. Maddie Riewoldt’s Vision is that difference and has been established to raise funds to #fightlikemaddie and find new treatments for Bone Marrow Failure.

The Song Room

The Song Room is a national not-for-profit organisation that gives Australia’s most disadvantaged children an opportunity to participate in a tailored music and arts programs, delivered in partnership with their school. The Song Room’s programs have not only enhanced student’s education, personal development and community involvement but they’ve also increased student’s confidence and self-esteem.


Wallara Australia is an innovative, sector leading support service for adults with different abilities. Based in Melbourne’s south-east suburbs, they support 500 people across 30 sites by providing community day services – including specialised high care support – residential and supported accommodation, part time and full time employment and training and workplace opportunities. 

Sports Education Development Australia (SEDA)

SEDA is an education partner of St Kilda FC. SEDA delivers quality learning outcomes for students because it captures their passion and builds a full and engaging curriculum into the learning experience. Students remain engaged because they learn by doing, are connected to real world experiences and are included in an industry that they are passionate about. Students at SEDA complete year 11 and 12 and gain nationally recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET) qualifications from Certificate II to Diploma. The SEDA Saints group operate out of Frankston Park and facilitate Saints school football programs, assist at club clinics and undertake other valuable volunteer work across the region. 

AFL Victoria

St Kilda FC work in partnership with AFL Victoria on a variety of initiatives that contribute to the growth and development of the game in the Saints bayside and extended Next Generation Academy area. 

This includes a very successful Multicultural Schools Program where kids new to the game have fun taking part in sessions that are engaging and designed to enhance their basic skills.

The Saints also have strong alignments to the TAC Cup clubs in our zone, the Sandringham Dragons and the Southern Stingrays which come under the umbrella of AFL Victoria. The Saints work closely with the Dragons and the Stingrays in the development of their eligible players in the club’s Next Generation Academy zone, along with providing professional development and pathway opportunities for TAC Cup club staff as part of the Next Generation Academy objectives.

South Metro Junior Football League (SMJFL)

The SMJFL is the Saints Community Football partner in the northern bayside area of Melbourne. The SMJFL caters for age groups ranging from Under 8’s to Under 18’s, including three divisions for girls- Under 10, Under 12, Under 14, Under 16 and Under 18.

The Saints and SMJFL partnership extends to the Saints Next Generation Academy (North Hub zone).

SMJFL players participate in Under 13 and Under 15 girls and Under 13, Under 14 and Under 15 boys Academy training.

Frankston District Junior Football League (FDJFL)

The FDJFL is the Saints Community Football partner in the southern bayside area of Melbourne. The FDJFL caters for age groups ranging from Under 9 to Under 17.

The Saints and FDJFL partnership extends to the Saints Next Generation Academy (South Hub zone).

FDJFL players participate in Under 15 girls and Under 14 and Under 15 boys Academy training.

Soldier On

Soldier On is focused on helping to secure the futures for all those who have served and continue serving our nation.

Soldier On staff work alongside individuals and families, to strengthen resilience and develop meaningful connections with family members, mates, and the local community through a diverse range of health and wellbeing services, employment opportunities, learning and education programs, and participation in community, social, and sporting activities.

The Blue Ribbon Foundation

The Victoria Police Blue Ribbon Foundation perpetuates the memory of members of the Victoria Police killed in the line of duty through the support of worthwhile community projects within Victoria.

In total, 159 Victoria Police members have been killed in the line of duty. We can do nothing to bring them back but as a grateful community we can honour their memory and ensure their sacrifice is acknowledged.

Each year St Kilda and Hawthorn play for the Blue Ribbon Cup. The Blue Ribbon Cup allows the two clubs to pay tribute to those police members who fallen in the line of duty but also acknowledges the work and dedication of those who continue to serve.

Trevor Barker Foundation through Challenge

Since 1983, Challenge has reached over 25,000 children and families living with cancer, delivering practical, personalized services to ensure they are well supported throughout their cancer journey.

Each year, St Kilda and the Western Bulldogs play for the Barker-Whitten plate which was named in honour of St Kilda legend Trevor Barker and Footscray/Western Bulldogs legend EJ (Ted) Whitten. The game pays respects to two outstanding individuals and the work of their respective foundations. For more information, click here.

Sacred Heart Mission

Every day of the year Sacred Heart Mission assist hundreds of people who are experiencing homelessness or living in poverty to find shelter, food, care and support.

The Mission has a long history of effectively assisting the most disadvantaged members of our community to rebuild their lives. Since opening our doors in 1982, they have evolved into an innovative organisation, sustained by a deep pool of generosity and support from the community.
