How to watch the AGM

Ensure you join a few minutes before the meeting commences to ensure your connection works. 

 If you have Microsoft Teams desktop app installed, clicking on the link should launch this application, otherwise you will join via your default web browser.

Ensure that your web browser is supported (see below).

Either sign-in or join anonymously.

If the live event hasn’t started you will see a message appear on your screen saying that the 'The live event hasn’t started'.

Participate in a live event 

To ask a question: Select 'Q&A' on the right side of the screen.

Type your question in the compose box, and then select 'Send'.

We encourage members to provide their name when asking questions. This allows us to follow up with members if required.

System requirements and supported platforms

Supported operating systems: Windows 7 and later (32-bit and 64-bit), macOS X 10.10 and later.

Supported mobile operating systems: Android 4.4 and later, iOS 10 and later.

Supported web browsers: Chrome (last 3 versions), Edge RS2 and later, Firefox (last 3 versions), Safari.
