Ticketing information

Tickets for Round 3 Essendon v St Kilda will go on-sale on Wednesday 31 March between 10:00-12:00pm for St Kilda members. General admission tickets will go on-sale after the member window closes at 1:00pm.

Round 3 is a St Kilda away game.

The club will have staff members at Marvel Stadium on game-day to assist with any membership/ticketing inquiries, with assistance available at Gate 7 from 2:30pm.

Wheelchair and Accessible Seating

Members who require wheelchair and accessible seating can contact Ticketmaster’s Marvel Stadium Accessible Seating Hotline on 1300 883 622 or email accessibletickets@ticketmaster.com.au. The Ticketmaster Accessible Bookings team are available 9:00AM – 7:00PM AEST, Mon-Fri and forms should be completed as early as possible and at least 24 hours prior to the event.

Pre purchase your tickets

      • You will need to pre-purchase tickets, as there will be no ticket windows at the venue. However, people will be able to buy tickets from their phones right up until the start of the game.
      • Your membership card will not secure you entry to the venue. You need to pre-book tickets using your member barcode. More information here

      • Plan ahead
      • Download the Service Victoria app before you arrive at the venue
      • Download your mobile ticket before you arrive at the venue
      • Forward tickets to the individuals attending within your group. Click here for a guide on how to do so. 
      • Make sure your bag is no larger than A4. It must fit under your seat

Before the game

      • Meet up with friends before the game, as you won’t be able to move between your zones inside the stadium

Get there early

      • Have your mobile ticket ready
      • Everyone will have a designated gate and entry on ticket but getting to the venue early will mean you have plenty of time to get organised / find the spot for entry
      • You can only enter via the Gate noted on your ticket
      • Once inside the venue, scan the QR code and check in on the way to your seat

Once in your seat

      • There will only be three reasons to leave your seat
        • To use amenities
        • Purchase food and beverages or visit merchandise outlets
        • To leave the stadium (there will be pass outs available at the gate you enter through)

Additional Information about the ticket redemption period  

Please note tickets will be allocated on a first in, first served basis  

Tickets are mobile only. Members are encouraged to add their ticket to their wallet. We recommend members download the Ticketmaster app for easy access so you can save your ticket/s to your mobile wallet. Ensure your phone is charged on game day as you will need this to scan your ticket. Tickets cannot be printed off.   

Only members with match-day access will be eligible to redeem a ticket. All other members must wait for the public on-sale.  

Members who miss the allocated timeslot will need to wait for the public on-sale to access a ticket pending availability.   

St Kilda staff do not have the ability to book tickets on a member’s behalf under any circumstances. St Kilda staff will be able to assist with barcode information as well as on-sale dates, times, booking window times and general assistance with navigating the Ticketmaster website but tickets must be booked under a member’s Ticketmaster account.  

Members can only redeem one ticket per barcode  

Tickets are limited to 6 tickets per transaction  

Any Juniors under the age of 6 will require a ticket  

No guest tickets will be available during the member redemption timeslot. Members wishing to attend with non-members must wait for the public on-sale. However, by waiting for the public on-sale, members will risk missing out.  

All members and fans will be required to follow the venue COVID safe measures and will be required to sit in their allocated seat listed on their ticket.   

The stadium will be split up into different zones. Patrons will not be able to cross over into other zones on match-day. You must remain in your zone where your seat is allocated.  

As the stadium will be operating at a reduced capacity, there will only be a small allocation of tickets. Please only redeem a ticket if you can attend the game. Tickets cannot be returned to the club
