Originally from Grovedale, Delaney played with the Geelong Falcons at TAC Cup level before embarking on his AFL career."We are pleased to secure Luke in a trade from North Melbourne. As a developing key defender, we are confident that he can provide valuable support to our defensive group in 2014 - particularly on the opposition's key forwards," St Kilda Head of Football Chris Pelchen said.
