SENIOR Coach Alan Richardson and CEO Matt Finnis have joined the growing number of club officials and players on Twitter. 

33 St Kilda players are currently registered on the social media network, while GM of Football Performance Jamie Cox and Assistant Coaches Lindsay Gilbee, Aaron Hamill and Danny Frawley also run their own Twitter accounts. 

Finnis and Richardson's leap of faith into the Twittersphere exemplifies the new-look St Kilda, which seeks to  interact with its fans and members via social media

"As a club we're looking to be as open and engaging with our fans as possible," Finnis told SAINTS.com.au. 

"We believe there is a terrific story to be told at this club and Richo and I are looking forward to sharing unique behind the scenes insights into the journey we are taking."
