DEFENDER Sam Gilbert took a tour of Watersun’s Footy Foundations house this week as the design starts to take shape.

With the home to be auctioned in early May, and part of the proceeds going towards the Footy Foundations community initiative, Gilbert was keen to check the progress.

Last year St Kilda Football Club, in conjunction with homebuilder Watersun, partnered in an exciting and innovative fundraising initiative aimed at raising valuable funds for the Frankston and District Junior Football League.

The Belmont, one of Watersun's newest double storey designs features an impressive entry with oversized double doors, a travertine front facade, and a striking staircase. The expansive master bedroom, located on the first floor, is a stylish parents’ retreat featuring a large walk in robe behind the bed and a huge hotel-style ensuite boasting a full sized bath, shower and double vanity.

Downstairs features a generously sized bedroom complete with a built in robe and en suite - perfect for accommodating guests or grandparents. Towards the rear of the home is the designer kitchen equipped with a butler’s pantry, island bench and plenty of storage. Stone benchtops and stainless steel appliances add to the opulence. Sliding doors from the living and dining areas seamlessly flow into the alfresco area, providing the perfect space for entertaining. The kids aren’t forgotten with an additional two bedrooms and rumpus room upstairs and their own central bathroom.

At almost 35 squares and with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas and a double garage, it's hard not to fall in love with the beautiful Belmont.

Landscaping will begin at the beginning of March.
