Footy Foundations will see each and every club in the Frankston and District Junior Football League receive vital equipment packages worth a total of $20,000 to help them administer their junior footy programs.

Watersun ambassadors Farren Ray and Sam Gilbert inspected the final stages of the build this week and said the newly furbished home is the perfect investment for potential homeowners.

"We had a walk through the house today and were extremely impressed with it," Ray said.

"It's spacious and has great living areas for a family, two bedrooms upstairs and a huge master bedroom with an ensuite and walk in robes."

Gilbert was equally impressed.

"The house has a really nice open plan entertainment area and kitchen," he said.

"And it's also close really close to Sandhurst Club Golf Course which is obviously a huge plus!"

The marketing campaign for the auction began today and will continue this weekend with two open for inspections on Saturday and Sunday at midday, with inspections ramping up in the lead up to the May 16 auction at 11.30am.

Open every:
Tuesday and Thursday 12.00-12.30pm and 6.00-7.00pm
