ST KILDA has made two changes to the team that played against the Western Bulldogs last weekend, including Jack Sinclair and Sam Fisher in the 22.

Darren Minchington and Luke Delaney have been omitted.

Tom Hickey and Hugh Goddard have been named as emergencies alongside Minchington.

Both Sinclair and Fisher haven’t played senior football since round 10, with Sinclair returning to the rookie list and Fisher succumbing to a hamstring then back strain.

On Wednesday Sinclair was elevated back on to the senior list in place of Tom Curren and has been named at half-forward this Sunday.

“It’s really good to have Jack back in,” Alan Richardson told SAINTS.com.au.

“The reality is that he would never have been out had it not been for the rookie rules. We’re pleased to have him back because he adds some run and class to our front half. We’re confident he will play an important role for us.”

Meanwhile, Fisher has fully recovered from injury and will solidify St Kilda’s defensive this weekend.

The veteran has played 206 games since debuting in 2004.

“Sam obviously brings in a lot of experience,” Richardson said.

“His leadership and guidance is invaluable for our group. It’s great to have him back.”
