St Kilda Football Club is thrilled to announce a new shorts sponsor in Hankook Tyres.

As the club’s first shorts sponsors since 2015, Hankook is set to feature on both home and away playing shorts.

St Kilda Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer Christine Finnegan said the addition of Hankook was yet another great sign of the momentum the Saints are taking into the season.

“We’re so pleased to have Hankook on board,” Finnegan said.

“Hankook have a global interest in sport. We’ll be alongside world giants Real Madrid in their sponsorship stable, which is a really encouraging sign of support and faith. 

"As a club, we are always striving to be the best so to have such a worldwide giant on our team is a significant boost.

“They are a company that focuses on constant development, which is a value we share and really appreciate.

“We look forward to a long and prosperous partnership into the future.”

Hankook Managing Director Peter Jung said he was keen to see the company join the St Kilda family.

“As it’s our first foray into supporting AFL we are very excited,” Jung said.

“We think this is a great opportunity to align ourselves with a club we really identify with.

“We’re looking forward to introducing our customers to the Saints, as well as introducing St Kilda fans to our products and organisation.”

Fans will get their first glimpse of the Hankook branded shorts at the Saints’ round one clash against the Demons tomorrow at Etihad Stadium.
