St Kilda has surged past 40,000 members, hitting the milestone in the fastest time in club history.

The membership tally now sits at 40,323 – more than 2,000 ahead of this point last year.

This surge comes off the back of record membership in 2017, a year in which the Saints hit an all-time high of 42,094 members.

The club also experienced attendance growth and the addition of several new commercial partners in 2017.

GM – Consumer Business, Mitchell Coulson praised the commitment and support of the St Kilda faithful.

“To have 40,000 fans signed up already is incredibly exciting for our club,” Coulson said.

“Thanks to everyone who’s signed up, we’re targeting another record year as we look to surpass 42,094 members.”

The club also experienced attendance growth and the addition of several new commercial partners in 2017.

With a variety of affordable seating options available at games, there’s never been a better time to bring the family to watch the Saints in action.

Still to come are three slots under Friday night lights along with blockbuster clashes for Pride Game, Maddie’s Match and the 20th anniversary of the Blue Ribbon Cup.

“Of all the clubs at Etihad Stadium, we have the cheapest junior member offer at $60,” Coulson said.

“We’ve also introduced new level two premium bays, which offer fans great value and an opportunity to watch the game from the best seats in the house.”
