Where and when:
Saturday July 19, 4.40pm
Etihad Stadium
Fox Footy
Overview:
The Dockers have rolled into the top two after eight consecutive wins, steamrolling GWS by 76 points in round 17. It's hard to see them being displaced from here, with Ross Lyon's men continuing to absorb any personnel issues and build towards their best football.
They’ll be without the suspended Hayden Ballantyne this week, and it will be interesting to see how Anthony Morabito is managed in his third game back, after starting as the substitute the past two weeks.
St Kilda's losing streak extended to 11 games with a 59-point loss to North Melbourne last Saturday, with the team's inexperience telling. After announcing his retirement on Tuesday, Lenny Hayes can expect an extended farewell from his adoring fans starting this weekend.

Running hot:
St Kilda: David Armitage
Armitage’s performance against Carlton a fortnight ago was admirable – 24 touches – but his effort against North Melbourne last week was simply superb. Despite an injury-riddled season, he's progressed into arguably St Kilda's most valuable midfielder, with his grunt work especially important to St Kilda's aspirations this Saturday.
Fremantle: Nathan Fyfe
The precociously talented ball-winner has been prolific over the last five weeks and St Kilda will be hard pressed to limit him on Saturday afternoon.
Not only is he prolific in terms of numbers, but he’s also damaging in regards to his ball use and capable of kicking goals too.
Watch out for:
St Kilda: Shane Savage
It will be interesting to see whether Ross Lyon elects to tag Savage, who has enjoyed a stellar last month, averaging 23.5 disposals across half-back.
This new role has allowed the ex-Hawk to demonstrate all the skills that he possessed but struggled to execute earlier in the year.
Fremantle: Chris Mayne
Although Mayne hasn’t been as consistent as he was in 2013, the bullocking half-forward’s past three weeks have been a throwback to last season. At his best, Mayne is a ferocious tackler and more than handy goal-kicker and he’s seemingly building a solid base of form ahead of finals.
Last time they met:
Round 23, 2013 at Etihad Stadium
St Kilda 16.16 (112) defeated by Fremantle 6.5 (41)
Disposals: Steven, Montagna (47), Crowley (28)
Goals: Lee (3), Pavlich (1)
