Blue Ribbon Cup
St Kilda and Hawthorn will go head to head for the annual Blue Ribbon Cup on Saturday.
The 16th annual Blue Ribbon Cup clash is played in memory of two Victorian Police officers, Sergeant Gary Silk, and Senior Constable Rodney Miller who were killed in the line of duty at Moorabbin in August 1998.
The Silk-Miller Memorial Medal will be presented to the player voted best on ground from each team.
As a mark of respect for the Victoria Police officers who have been killed in the line of duty, players and on-field officials will wear reflective blue and white checkered armbands.
