Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of St Kilda Saints Football Club Limited (the “Company”) will be held at Kingston City Hall, 979 - 985 Nepean Highway, Moorabbin on Thursday February 11, 2010 at 7.00pm to conduct the following business:
Ordinary Business
1. Financial and related reports - To receive and consider the annual financial report of the Company and the reports of the Directors and of the Auditor for the year ended October 31, 2009.
2. Life Members - The presentation of any players, staff and volunteers who have attained Life member status.
