Located at RSEA Park in Moorabbin, St Kilda’s state-of-the-art facility is not only the home to the club's elite footballers, but also to its dedicated administrative staff and coaches.
RSEA Park is home to the club’s operations, finance, membership, merchandise, commercial, marketing, communications, community, people and culture and consumer services departments. It’s a place where staff strive to be the most professional in the AFL and never settle for anything less than the best standard of work. Our club values creativity, belonging, and performance as we strive to win a second premiership, deliver sustained success and build thriving communities.
We understand who we represent and the privileged position we hold as custodians of a football club built on 149 years of history. While on-field performance is the club’s absolute priority, we recognise the important role we play in the community and embrace our responsibility to promote inclusion, gender equality and diversity.
Work Experience and Student Placements/Internships
St Kilda Football Club receives an overwhelming number of expressions of interest from enthusiastic students requesting to undertake either secondary school work experience or a tertiary placement/internship at the Club.
We do not currently have any opportunities available for 2022. Any future opportunities will be posted to our website when these positions do become available.
We are always so grateful for any interest expressed in working with our Club, however as you can appreciate, the high volume of enquiries means we unfortunately cannot reply to every one of them.
St Kilda also has a partnership with Holmesglen TAFE and through our Holmesglen – Saints Sports Program provide placement opportunities our joint Diploma of Sport/Diploma of Events Management course. For more information about this course click here.
