Located at RSEA Park in Moorabbin, St Kilda’s state-of-the-art facility is not only the home to the club's elite footballers, but also to its dedicated administrative staff and coaches.
RSEA Park is home to the club’s operations, finance, membership, merchandise, commercial, marketing, communications, community, people and culture and consumer services departments. It’s a place where staff strive to be the most professional in the AFL and never settle for anything less than the best standard of work. Our club values creativity, belonging, and performance as we strive to win a second premiership, deliver sustained success and build thriving communities.
We understand who we represent and the privileged position we hold as custodians of a football club built on 148 years of history. While on-field performance is the club’s absolute priority, we recognise the important role we play in the community and embrace our responsibility to promote inclusion, gender equality and diversity.

St Kilda receives a very high number of requests from students wishing to complete work experience placements at the club. We appreciate the interest in the Saints, and would love to accommodate these requests, however unfortunately this year we are not able to offer a work experience program which allows for maximum benefit to the students involved.
We will be looking to re-launch our Work Experience Program in 2022 and in the interim wish all students the very best with their studies.
