Located at RSEA Park in Moorabbin, St Kilda’s state-of-the-art facility is not only the home to the club's elite footballers, but also to its dedicated administrative staff and coaches.
RSEA Park is home to the club’s operations, finance, membership, merchandise, commercial, marketing, communications, community, people and culture and consumer services departments. It’s a place where staff strive to be the most professional in the AFL and never settle for anything less than the best standard of work. Our club values creativity, belonging, and performance as we strive to win a second premiership, deliver sustained success and build thriving communities.
We understand who we represent and the privileged position we hold as custodians of a football club built on 147 years of history. Due to COVID-19 and the current Government restrictions in workplaces (only 25% of workers will be permitted back before the end of the year) no decision has been made at this stage on whether the St Kilda Football Club Work Experience program will run in 2021.
