2020 saw many of us stay home more and eat out less, as cooking and learning new recipes became central to many households. Roughy’s place was no different, and the 4-time Premiership star made the best of the situation, enjoying more quality family time and staying healthy at home.

Rough and Ready Smoothie

Serves 1 adult and 1 little Saint

The Roughy and Ready Smoothie is the perfect brekkie or post-workout recovery option.

Packed with goodness for the whole family, this refreshing smoothie uses Dairy Farmers A2 Goodness milk as a nutrient powerhouse base to replenish your muscles or help fuel growing bodies!

No matter your age, nutrient-rich dairy options as part of a balanced diet are a great way to nourish your body, and a quick and easy smoothie provides a great dairy hit while hiding greens like spinach!

I love my food, especially milk and dairy. It’s something I’m trying to pass on to Pippa which is why we get her helping and learning in the kitchen - taste tests are always necessary.
