Update for Round 7: Attendees must  provide contact details for all ticket holders at time of purchase

To comply with Victoria State Government COVID-19 guidelines for AFL matches at Marvel Stadium, you must now provide the contact details for all ticket holders in your group at the time of purchase.

When booking tickets for this weekend’s match you must:

  • Have the contact details ready for all attendees in your group before you book

  • Enter the name and mobile number for each ticket holder

Should members or fans have dependants they are purchasing for (or someone that doesn’t have a mobile number) they will be able to enter their own contact details on their behalf. For example, a family attending the game where the parent enters their mobile number for the child attending with them, or a family member who doesn't have a device.

Why do I need to provide additional contact details at the time of booking?

To comply with Victoria State Government COVID-19 guidelines and enhance the effort to support contract tracing for AFL matches you must now provide the contact details for all ticket holders in your group at the time of purchase.

What if there is a child or family member in my group who doesn’t have a mobile phone?

Simply enter the child's name and your mobile number for any dependents.

Where can I access and view all of my tickets after purchase?

Ticket owners can view all the tickets in your order through the ticket agent App or website.

Can I share tickets with the other attendees?

Yes, ticket owners can (and should) forward tickets after purchase using the ticket agent App or website Once a member has entered their barcodes and selected their tickets, they will be prompted to enter the additional attendee details, before finalising payment.

Ticketmaster transactions will still need to be forwarded via the Ticketmaster forward function.
