Dear Saints fans,

I am saddened to be writing to you once again under these eerily similar circumstances.

After more than six weeks on the road, we were thrilled to have the chance to play in front of you at Marvel Stadium again.

We know you were looking forward to being there, particularly off the back of a few weeks of good form.

Sadly, this can no longer happen.

We are still waiting for final instructions from the AFL and other governing bodies for this weekend’s final fixture, but I want to assure you of one thing.

Just as they did last year, our players will feel your support from afar and run out with the clear intention of making you proud.

I wish all the best for you and your families and I can’t wait to see you back under the roof once more very soon.
