Need some mid-week inspiration? Try Luke Dunstan's home-friendly bodyweight workout. It's a great sweat session for beginners and there's no equipment required. Try it inside the house or in the backyard (weather permitting!).

Spook's 35 minute bodyweight session

Equipment required: Phone or stopwatch for timer and water bottle for hydration

Set

  1. Alternate forward lunge
  2. Plank hold
  3. Narrow squat into wide squat into split squat both sides (alternative: standards squats OR jump squats)
  4. Mountain Climbers
  5. Heel touch
  6. Push ups on toes (or knees for beginners)

Maintain each exercise 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds before moving to the next exercise.

Take a 1 min rest after every set.

Attempt this for 5 x sets!
