Spook's 35 minute bodyweight session
Equipment required: Phone or stopwatch for timer and water bottle for hydration
- Alternate forward lunge
- Plank hold
- Narrow squat into wide squat into split squat both sides (alternative: standards squats OR jump squats)
- Mountain Climbers
- Heel touch
- Push ups on toes (or knees for beginners)
Maintain each exercise 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds before moving to the next exercise.
Take a 1 min rest after every set.
Attempt this for 5 x sets!
