Isabella Shannon laid the foundations for a promising career at the Saints in 2020, and is poised to become an important component of the side’s fabric in the years to come.
The youngest Saint on the 2020 list broke into the senior line-up for the club’s historic first win in Round 3, before holding down her spot for the rest of the season.
Glimpses of Shannon’s class started to emerge as the season wore on, with a 10-disposal, hard-running game against the Blues marking her best performance of 2020.
Shannon was the third player signed ahead of the red, white and black’s inaugural year, joining fellow signees Molly McDonald and Ali Brown in forming the initial cornerstone of the club’s future.
