- Originally from Coolaroo, I was selected by St Kilda in the 1989 Pre-season draft and made my debut in the same year.
- I missed the entire 1990 season with a knee injury, but returned in 1991 to play nine games.
- I thrived on tough, bullocking work around stoppages with my breakout year coming in 1992, where I played 17 games and lead the Saints in hit-outs per game.
- In 1996 I played in the Saints first pre-season premiership with a win over Carlton by 58 points in the AFL Ansett Australia Cup Grand Final.
- After spending much of the ‘97 season in the reserves, I returned to the senior side in round 16 as a back-up to ruckman Peter Everitt. I played the next 7 games before injuring my knee in Round 22, causing me to miss the final series and eventual Grand Final against Adelaide. I retired at seasons end.
