The Overnight Oats are the ideal way to kickstart your day.

Packed with nutrients and goodness for the whole family, our breakfast oats are made with Dairy Farmers A2’s brand new Goodness + Prebiotic Milk to improve your gut health, your digestive system and your overall wellbeing.

No matter your age, nutrient-rich dairy options as part of a balanced diet are a great way to nourish your body and give you the energy you need to get the most out of your day!

During the footy season I’m up early which means I need a fast and healthy breakfast.  I love my oats, as does Pippa. Overnight oats are fast to make and enjoyed by the whole family. Pip and I love ours served with sliced banana and a drop of honey but you can add whatever gets you going in the morning!
