The fans have spoken, and as voted by you, Jack Steele is this week’s Dare Iced Coffee Sainter of the Round.

The skipper was excellent in his 100th game in Saints colours, paving the way for his side’s triumph in Saturday night’s 29-point win over Sydney.

Steele topped the stats sheet with 34 possessions (14 contested), six clearances, seven score involvements and a goal.

Working alongside Zak Jones and Luke Dunstan in the middle, the in-form Saint brought the intensity as he added another seven tackles to his season tally of 174 - the most in the competition.

Fighting a momentum swing in the fourth quarter, the No. 9 stood strong with ten disposals, four contested possessions and three score involvements.

Two votes go to Jack Higgins off the back of an equal career-best four goal bag at Marvel Stadium.

Igniting the spark that helped set up the victory, Higgins’ impressive skills around goal resulted in three first-half snags to assure the Saints made the most of their opportunities early.

Finishing his night with 16 disposals and three inside-50s, Higgins worked well alongside Dean Kent (three goals) and Dan Butler (35 pressure acts), with the forward pressure inside attack resulting in seven Saints goals kicked from within 30 metres out.

The 22-year-old has now kicked 24 goals from 17 games in his first season at the Saints.

Callum Wilkie rounds out this week’s voting following an important 16 disposals at 93.8 percent efficiency.

Tasked with curbing Lance Franklin’s influence, the key defender proved crucial, limiting the superstar forward to one goal, four kicks and no marks.

Wilkie was also able to get involved in the Saints’ spread and transition from defence, supported by Jack Sinclair, Tom Highmore and 50-gamer Nick Coffield, with the four combining for 30 intercept possessions.
