This program identifies talented multicultural, Indigenous & father-son/daughter prospects. The program is a 30-week-per-year program that focuses on providing 25 young boys and girls access to an elite AFL environment. The program is supported by key internal stakeholders in the football department to bridge the gap and fast-track these individuals.
