Our junior academies are the club’s talent offering tailored for U13-15 boys and girls in our academy zone. We split our zone into two hubs:

• Northern Hub which is integrated with the SMJFL’s interleague program and Sandringham Dragons U16-19 talent programs, and;
• Southern Hub which is integrated with FDJFL’s interleague program and Dandenong Southern Stingrays U16-U19 talent program.

Our junior academies are focussed on fundamental skill development and off-field life skills of the participants with the objective of preparing the players for the elite footballing pathway.
