St Kilda Football Club has today informed Jack Bytel, Leo Connolly, Jack Peris and Oscar Adams they will not be offered contracts for the 2024 season.

Taken with Pick #41 in the 2018 National Draft, Bytel made his debut for the Saints in Round 11 of Season 2020, registering 22 AFL games in total.

Connolly joined the Saints with Pick #64 in the 2019 National Draft. He made his AFL debut in Round 15 of the 2021 season, going on to play a further six games in the red, white and black.

Next Generation Academy alumni Jack Peris made his debut this year against Gold Coast, his only game at senior level for the Saints.

Cruelled by injury across his two years in St Kilda colours, Adams did not make his AFL debut during his time with the club.

“All four young men have been popular members of our playing list during their time at the Saints, giving their all and living our values,” Acting General Manager of Football David Misson said.

“We wish Jack, Leo, Jack and Oscar all the best for their future endeavours and they leave knowing they’ll always be part of the St Kilda family.”
