St Kilda Football Club congratulates veteran Brad Hill who qualified for AFL Life Membership on Saturday against the GWS GIANTS.
Hill qualified for the prestigious honour after playing a combined 300 games across the premiership season, finals, pre-season matches and representative matches for St Kilda, Hawthorn and Fremantle.
Hill has played the majority of his games in red, white and black with 131 premiership season matches, during which he has featured in the leadership group and been named the Robert Harvey Best Clubman.
One of the most decorated players in the game, Hill has amassed numerous accolades across his outstanding career, including three premierships for the Hawks and a club Best & Fairest award for the Dockers.
A mentor for First Nations athletes across the country, Hill leads the one of the largest Indigenous cohorts in the league at the Saints and has been a strong representative for his culture in many forms. Hill is about equal former teammate Paddy Ryder with the ninth-most games by a First Nations player in V/AFL history.
Hill has the distinct honour of being able to play for three different representative sides across his career, the All Stars in 2020, the Indigenous All-Stars in 2025 and Western Australia in AAMI AFL Origin in 2026.
Bradley Hill will be officially recognised for the award in 2027.
