Public Transport Victoria is making it easy for Saints fans to attend Sunday’s Round 4 blockbuster at Marvel Stadium.

Buses will run express from Moorabbin Station to the Arts Centre on Sunday, with extra trams then on hand to ferry passengers down Flinders Street to the stadium before the 3.20pm start.

GAME DAY INFO: All you need for the Saints v Hawks blockbuster

Trains from Flinders Street to Southern Cross will also be running as normal.

With works ongoing on the Frankston line, the buses will make the trip between Moorabbin and Flinders Street as quick and easy as possible.

The services will run in reverse at the end of the game to make sure fans can make it home without delay.

VFL CURTAIN-RAISER: Get to Marvel early to watch Sandringham v Box Hill

Some parking will be available at RSEA Park (five-minute walk from Moorabbin Station), where Moorabbin Social will be open to refuel and refresh before the big match.

Follow these easy steps if you normally travel via the Frankston line:

  1. Get yourself to Moorabbin Station (trains running as normal between Frankston and Moorabbin. Parking available at RSEA Park)

  2. Catch a bus express to the Arts Centre (next door to Flinders Street Station)

  3. Jump on a train or a free tram to Southern Cross.

And for supporters who want to allow extra time, the curtain-raiser is back.

The Sandringham Zebras – flush with St Kilda-listed talent – will take on the Box Hill hawks from 11.50am, providing plenty of entertainment for fans who arrive early.
