St Kilda could unveil all four of its indigenous talents for the first time ahead of Sir Doug Nicholls Round.

Ben Long has been named on the extended bench for the Saints’ clash against Carlton at Marvel Stadium, with 19-year-old defender Ben Paton out with a minor medial strain sustained late against Collingwood.

Long’s aggression and inside work were on full display in the VFL last week, with the explosive Saint spending quality minutes through the midfield to finish with 15 disposals and four tackles.

The 21-year-old would round out St Kilda’s indigenous contingent alongside Jade Gresham, Matty Parker and new fan-favourite Robbie Young.

After a 31-disposal haul in the VFL last week, Hunter Clark has also been included in the extended squad, with fellow Zebras Brandon White and Nick Coffield rounding out the 26.

Jimmy Webster will spend the next fortnight on the sidelines after requiring surgery on his right hand to remove an existing metal plate.

Check back into saints.com.au from 5pm this Friday to view the final team.
