St Kilda will tune up for its 2026 AFLW season when it faces Adelaide in a practice match at Unley Oval on Saturday.

The action will begin at 1:30pm AEST, with a live stream to commence below from 1:15pm AEST.

The Saints will be looking to build momentum just two weeks out from their season opener against Carlton on 9 August at Marvel Stadium, in what will mark a historic AFL/W double-header as part of Spud's Game 6.
