The Saints have made two changes for Thursday's clash with Gold Coast at Marvel Stadium.

Dougal Howard returns to the lineup for his 100th and final St Kilda game, hanging up the boots after a 12-year career across the Saints and Power. Howard is joined by Liam Ryan, who returns after being managed in Round 23.

Jack Higgins will miss with a lower leg injury, while Alix Tauru has been omitted. 

As well as Howard's final game, the clash will be veteran Bradley Hill's 300th AFL game. He becomes just the ninth First Nations player to hit the milestone, with the three-time premiership player representing St Kilda, Hawthorn and Fremantle across his illustrious career.

Tauru, Alex Dodson and Charlie Banfield have all been named emergencies for the clash.

The game will be played at 7:30pm AEST on Thursday, and broadcast live on 7, Fox Footy and Kayo.
