The St Kilda Football Club is pleased to announce that Paul O’Connell has been appointed to the position of full-time Opposition Analyst.

Paul joins the Saints having spent eight seasons working in part-time Opposition Analysis roles at the Collingwood Football Club (2002-2005) and the Hawthorn Football Club (2008-2011).

St Kilda’s Senior Coach, Scott Watters, said the Club was looking forward to Paul starting on Monday, 19 March.

“Paul brings to St Kilda a wealth of knowledge and significant AFL experience in opposition analysis, which will further enhance our 2012 coaching panel.”
Paul O’Connell will assist Scott Watters’ coaching structure in Adam Kingsley (offense), Danny Sexton (defence) and Dean Laidley (midfield).
St Kilda would also like to confirm the appointment of Greg Doyle to the position of part-time Ruck Coach.
