To thank and recognise all of our loyal members, the club is hosting Round 22 as “Members Thank You Round”. The weekend will kick off with open training on Saturday and there will be a series of celebrations on match day hosted by St Kilda’s match day sponsor and co-major partner, LEDified.
Soak up the atmosphere with fellow Saints members by catching the Saints Express to Etihad Stadium. The Metro train will depart Frankston Station at 11:04am arriving at Southern Cross at 12:11pm – giving you plenty of time to take up the activities on offer for the day.
As you arrive at the Stadium, St Kilda members are encouraged to take part in the first ever member’s march to create an army of red, white and black support.
The Loyalty Unites Us march was initiated by long serving member, Tom Grogan, who will be leading the way around Etihad Stadium alongside Saints identities.
The march will commence at 12.15pm outside Gate 5 with a rousing rendition of ‘When the Saints Go Marching In’, performed by the Moorabbin City Pipe Band.
The march will take approximately 15 minutes and is wheelchair accessible. Participants do not need to register and will receive a free ‘Loyalty Unites Us’ commemorative poster on the day.
As a sign of loyalty, all 32,733 members will have their name displayed inside the Gate 6 hub and are encouraged head down and find your name etched in history.
Be sure to dress up in Saints colours to have your photo taken at the Saints Photo Booth at Gate 5 pre-game.
And if you’re in your seat by 12.45pm, you and three friends have the chance to be upgraded into the LEDified Lounge to watch the game or be in the running to toss the coin for the match by simply participating in our Face in the Crowd competition!
