St Kilda has recalled rested duo Jake Carlisle and Dean Kent ahead of its Round 13 match against Brisbane as part of Sir Doug Nicholls Round.

Carlisle will return to the side to continue his run towards 150 senior games, while Kent re-joins the red, white and black for his ninth outing of the year.

Hunter Clark (rested) and Jack Lonie (omitted) have made way for the returning pair, with Clark set to miss his first senior game in over a year.

Lonie joins Daniel McKenzie, Ryan Abbott and Dylan Roberton as emergencies for the Round 13 clash.

The Saints will wear its 2020 Indigenous Guernsey against the Lions, which was designed by Saint Matty Parker, partner Shardah and son Matty Jr.

The guernsey represents Parker’s family, his ancestors and his heritage as a Noongar/Yuet man from the Ballardong region, and signifies how they are always protecting him through his journey in life, as an AFL footballer and as a father.

St Kilda will face Brisbane on Sunday, 23 August at the Gabba, with the opening bounce on Turrbal and Yuggera land set for 3:35pm.
