Eligible club members will be communicated to directly and provided specific details relating to the sale of tickets prior to their on-sale. This is the current guide provided by the AFL.

- Ticketmaster – Optus Stadium and the Gabba
Travelling to the game
Free event shuttles are available from Nerang Station, Boowaggan Road Park 'n' Ride, or Broadbeach South Light Rail Station. Free shuttles will operate from 4:45pm until one hour post-event.
Ticketholders are also able to use the ticket to access free public transport on all Translink Bus Services, Queensland Rail Services, and G:Link Light Rail Services.

Accessibility
To book wheelchair spaces or accessible seats for Weeks 1-3 of the Toyota AFL Finals Series please complete the Accessible Seating Request Form.
- This will be available on the Ticketek web page for the relevant match. The link to the form will be made visible the hour prior to the Member on-sale period.
- Please ensure the Member Barcode Number/s field is completed. Patrons will be unable to submit the form without this information.
- Patrons will receive an automated email confirming they have successfully submitted the form. This will also include information around the contact and allocation process.
I am a Saints access* member residing Interstate, does this give me access to purchase finals tickets?
Based on state border restrictions as of 24 hours prior to the first on-sale for each match, only members who reside in states with open borders to the state in which the match will be played, or who reside in the state in which the match will be played, will be eligible to purchase tickets.
Once the Finals fixture is announced, eligible members will be communicated with the following day, with relevant information (pricing, barcode, on-sale time) provided to you.
It is important that you keep an eye on your email, as on-sales will be strict, and capacity is subject to availability – remain informed and avoid missing out.
*Access members include the following: Interstate, Reserved Seat, Cheer Squad, 3 Game, Flexi and Reserved Bay members. It does not include: Saints Supporter, Digital, Little Saint, Toddler Saint or AFLW.
As a Saints access member, if I reside in the state the Final is played, does this guarantee me access?
As a Club Member you will receive priority access to purchase tickets before the general public, however tickets are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
The date & time for each on-sale will be communicated following the confirmation of match details at the completion of the previous week's games
Can I buy guest passes?
Guest Passes are determined on a match by match basis and is dependent on the expected demand for the match.
Transaction limits
Members can purchase up to six (6) or eight (8) tickets per transaction depending on the stadium the final is played.
I hold a Saints supporter (Non-access membership) does this give me access to purchase finals tickets?
A Saints supporter membership does not include any game access; therefore, would not traditionally give you access to purchase finals tickets. Due to the circumstances this season, if access can be provided to non- access members, we will communicate on a match by match basis during each week of the Finals Series.
I am not a Saints member but am interested in purchasing finals tickets, is this possible?
General public tickets will be subject to capacity. Our recommendation to give yourself the best opportunity to secure tickets, is to sign up as a 3 game member by contacting the club on 1300 467 246 or emailing membership@saints.com.au.
