Born and raised in Malaysia and only having a passing knowledge of football through her football-mad, Perth-born dad, Fiedler was originally drafted to Fremantle before making the move to RSEA Park in search of the next step in her career.
Fiedler showed her raw upside and talent in the ruck in her first season as a Saint, before unfortunately rupturing her ACL ahead of the 2025 season, meaning she will rehabilitate and look to return in 2026.
Fiedler featured as the key ruck in the WAFLW state team prior to joining St Kilda, and will look to come back stronger than ever post-rehab.

Debutant Emmelie Fiedler has been confirmed as St Kilda’s only change for Sunday’s match-up against Essendon at Windy Hill.
Emmelie Fiedler didn't want to get her hopes up after missing out on an AFLW debut at her first club, however the experience and resultant "thicker skin" has culminated in a well-earned breakthrough at St Kilda.
