ROUND 1 REVEALED: Saints to host massive Friday night opener

St Kilda will kick off the 2022 AFL Season with a massive Friday night clash against Collingwood at Marvel Stadium.

Brett Ratten's side will host the Pies at their home deck in what is sure to be a packed house following two COVID-interrupted years.

It will be the first time the two sides have met at Marvel Stadium since 2018.

St Kilda fans will also enjoy their first Round 1 match under Friday night lights in over a decade, with the club's last prime-time opener played in 2011 against Geelong.

Those watching the game from home can enjoy it live-and-free on Channel 7, as well as on Fox Footy and Kayo.
