Paddy Ryder's exceptional performance against Geelong has been rewarded with a perfect 10 AFL Coaches' Association votes.

The veteran ruckman was instrumental in St Kilda's second half resurgence and eventual 10-point win, booting back-to-back final-quarter goals in a powerful display between the forward line and ruck.

Ryder finished with 22 hit-outs (nine to advantage) and seven score involvements to go alongside his three-goal tally; the latter his highest figures while in St Kilda colours.

Midfielders Brad Crouch (five votes), Jade Gresham (four) and Zak Jones (two) joined defender Jack Sinclair (three) in receiving votes, while Zach Tuohy (five) and Isaac Smith (one) each polled for the Cats.

Jack Higgins tops St Kilda's tally after nine rounds with a total of 27 votes.
