2012 NAB Cup tickets are now on sale.

Children under 15 will be able to obtain a free general admission ticket to the NAB Cup match of their choice in Rounds 1, 2 & 3. To claim this free ticket supporters need to do so in advance from Ticketmaster (T&Cs apply, see further down).

The Saints kick-off their 2012 NAB Cup campaign on Friday 24 February (6:40pm) against the Sydney Swans and 2011 Premiership winners Geelong at Etihad Stadium.

Match order for 24 February: St Kilda v Sydney Swans, Geelong v Sydney Swans and St Kilda v Geelong.

On Saturday 3 March (7pm), Scott Watters’ side travel to Wangaratta in regional Victoria to play Essendon in Round 2, followed by a trip to Patersons Stadium in Perth to tackle the West Coast Eagles on Saturday 10 March (5:10pm).

Depending on these results, St Kilda will either progress to the Grand Final or play one of the remaining AFL Premiership teams in Round 4. Competing Club Members will be entitled to free entry to Round 4 matches (excluding Grand Final).

Specific details regarding gate opening times and other match related information will be announced in the coming weeks.

Please note there will be no Reserve Seating for the match at Wangaratta but there will be for the matches at Etihad Stadium and Patersons Stadium with the AFL to announce further details shortly.

On-sale dates and ticket agent

Ticketmaster will sell tickets to all NAB Cup games.  For regional venues, a local ticket outlet may also be appointment.

2012 NAB Cup Rounds 1-3: kids go for free*

In addition, the AFL will be running a promotion for children under 15 to obtain a free general admission ticket to the NAB Cup match of their choice in Rounds 1, 2 & 3.

To claim the free ticket, supporters will be required to log on to ticketmaster.com.au, phone Ticketmaster on 1300 136 122 or vision any Ticketmaster outlet.

The free junior ticket is applicable to advance sales only and will not be available on match day (terms and conditions apply).

Concession and junior policy

Junior policy:

  • Children aged 6-14 as at 1 January 2012 are eligible to purchase a junior ticket.
  • Children aged 5 and under as at 1 January 2012 are entitled to enter the ground at no charge; however they much not occupy a seat.
  • Persons aged 15 and over as at 1 January 2012 are classified as an adult, unless they hold valid Concession identification.


Concession policy:

Patrons holding one of the following cards are eligible to purchase a ticket at the concession rate;

  • Centrelink issued: Pensioner Concession Card (PCC)*
  • Department of Veterans’ Affairs card or Department of Veterans’ Affairs issued
  • Pensioner Concession Card*
  • Full time secondary or tertiary student cards**
  • Centrelink issued: Health Care Card (HCC)*
