The Saints will look to bolster their midfield brigade this week, with two experienced stars set to return to the fold.

Reigning Best and Fairest winner Jaimee Lambert and Nicola Barr will both put their hand up for selection to face a talented North Melbourne outfit pending fitness tests during the team’s main session later this week.

Meanwhile, Charlotte Simpson will miss this week’s game as she continues to progress through concussion protocols following a knock in the early minutes of the Saints’ Round 9 win over Collingwood.

St Kilda’s season ending injury list has continued to grow, with ruck Rebecca Ott ruled out for the remainder of the 2025 season. Ott was subbed off in the final term on Saturday night after landing awkwardly in a tackle.

The 31-year-old had been enjoying a terrific season in her new role, following an extended stint on the sidelines through injury last year.

“Following scans, it’s been confirmed that Bec sustained a partial Achilles tear, ruling her out for the remainder of the season,” GM AFLW Jessie Mulholland said.

“It’s disappointing news for Otty, but we know she'll continue to be an incredible teammate off the field, supporting the group in every way she can.”

St Kilda will face North Melbourne at 1.05pm this Sunday in Hobart, before rounding out their home and away campaign against the Bulldogs at RSEA Park on Sunday, 2 November, 3.05pm.
